Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer for our client location, The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using Java and modern technologies. Candidate should have strong expertise in microservices, Spring framework, databases, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure cloud platform.

The role requires hands-on coding, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

10+ years of overall IT experience
Strong hands-on experience in Java Backend Development
Expertise in Core Java, Java 8/11/17
Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC
Hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture
Experience with REST APIs / Web Services
Strong database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL
Strong SQL and query optimization skills
Experience with Maven / Gradle
Strong experience in Unit Testing using JUnit, Mockito, TestNG
Experience with testing frameworks and automation practices
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud
Knowledge of Git/version control
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
