Product Analyst AI Tooling

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Product Analyst AI Tooling in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and triage incoming AI-related requests, including tool access, licensing, use cases, and feedback
* Classify, document, and track requests through defined workflows to resolution or escalation
* Fulfill routine requests such as access guidance, tool availability, and basic troubleshooting
* Route complex requests to appropriate stakeholders while avoiding duplication or misalignment
* Maintain intake reporting to track request volume, trends, and pipeline activity
* Analyze request patterns to inform tool strategy, enablement priorities, and resource planning
* Improve intake workflows, classification models, and routing processes
* Coordinate with IT, cybersecurity, and other stakeholders to align intake processes
* Maintain inventory of AI productivity tools and track feature availability across platforms
* Support rollout of new AI capabilities by gathering requirements and documenting governance considerations
* Track usage and spend across AI tools, including reporting, forecasting, and modeling
* Identify usage trends, anomalies, and emerging patterns
* Assist with vendor coordination for operational inquiries and follow-ups

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 4+ years of experience in operations, product operations, program coordination, or similar role
* Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude in a professional setting
* Experience managing tool portfolios, vendors, or technology-related contracts
* Experience building or maintaining dashboards, reporting, or analytics frameworks
* Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn and adapt to evolving AI tools
* Ability to manage high-volume requests and communicate clearly across stakeholders
* Process-driven mindset with experience designing workflows, classification logic, or routing systems
* Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and procurement
* Self-starter with strong ownership, judgment, and ability to operate independently
* Experience in product operations, IT coordination, or digital transformation preferred
* Industry experience in insurance, reinsurance, or similar sectors is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
