Job#: 3028316 Job Description: Engineering Project Manager (Senior / Techno-Functional)As an Engineering Project Manager, you will serve as a senior delivery leader responsible for driving execution across complex digital and engineering initiatives. This role operates as a techno-functional partner to engineering and product leadership, ensuring teams are aligned, unblocked, and delivering with quality and urgency.
The ideal candidate is not a pure process manager - they understand technology, retail systems, and how engineering teams operate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead planning and execution of complex digital and engineering initiatives
- Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Product leaders to drive delivery
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure teams remain focused on outcomes, quality, and delivery timelines
- Proactively identify risks and remove delivery roadblocks
- Support leadership with status reporting, prioritization, and decision support
- Help establish delivery best practices while remaining flexible and pragmatic
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7-10+ years of experience managing software and digital delivery initiatives
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud-based systems
- Retail or eCommerce experience strongly preferred
- Experience working with Agile and hybrid delivery models
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Comfortable partnering directly with senior leaders and engineering team
