What You Will Be Doing
Lead the analysis and design of bridges and transportation structures including highway and railroad overpasses, culverts, and pedestrian bridges
Develop rehabilitation strategies for existing structures
Prepare calculations, specifications, reports, and plan sets and support projects through construction
Take ownership of project scope, budgets, and schedules to meet client expectations
Establish and refine structural design standards and best practices
Mentor and support the development of junior engineers and CAD staff
Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy, safety, and constructability
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated project solutions
Support proposals, client development, and project pursuits

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license (MUST HAVE)
Approximately 8 or more years of structural or bridge engineering experience
Experience delivering bridge projects from concept through final design
Proficiency with tools such as OpenBridge, STAAD, MIDAS, MDX, or similar
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound engineering judgment
