Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end US hiring across IT and Non-IT roles. The role involves working on niche technical positions and partnering with US stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment from requirement to onboarding
Source candidates using Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn, Dice, GitHub
Screen candidates for technical and functional roles (Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Sales, Customer Success)
Validate work authorization and compliance
Handle rate and salary negotiation (W2, C2C, 1099)
Collaborate with US stakeholders and manage multiple requirements
Requirements:
4+ years of US recruitment experience
Strong understanding of US hiring and compliance
Experience in IT hiring is mandatory
Knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 tax terms
Good understanding of US time zones
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
