Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 2 Days/Week)

Eligibility: Open to P.R / Canadian Citizens Only, and valid Work Permit holders

Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade applications. You will lead end-to-end development across API/services, data layers, and modern web UIs, leveraging .NET/C#, Angular or React, SQL Server, and Python. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative Agile teams and is passionate about code quality, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, develop, and maintain secure, scalable APIs and services using ASP.NET Core/C#.
• Build responsive, accessible, and performant single-page applications with Angular or React (TypeScript).
• Model, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, including T-SQL queries, indexing, and stored procedures.
• Use Python for automation, data processing, scripting, and system integrations.
• Implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, API, and UI where relevant) and participate in code reviews.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues across the stack; drive performance tuning and observability.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA to deliver incremental value.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and release management using Git-based workflows.
• Uphold secure coding practices, follow enterprise standards, and contribute to technical documentation.
• Provide production support and engage in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and share best practices for design patterns, testing, and maintainability.
• Work within Agile/Scrum ceremonies to plan, estimate, and deliver features.

Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of professional full-stack development experience delivering enterprise applications.
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C#/ASP.NET Core for building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Advanced SQL Server skills (schema design, T-SQL, performance tuning, query optimization).
• Practical experience using Python for automation, integrations, or data workflows.
• Solid understanding of HTTP, REST, authentication/authorization, and secure coding practices (e.g., OWASP).
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD practices (e.g., pull requests, pipelines, automated builds/tests).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred/Bonus Skills:
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), containerization (Docker), and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with message brokers/queues (e.g., Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ) and distributed architectures.
• Front-end state management (e.g., NgRx, Redux) and component-driven development.
• Observability tooling (logging, metrics, tracing) and performance profiling across the stack.
• Automated testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit, Jest/Jasmine/Cypress) and API contract testing.
• Data integration/ETL and working with external APIs or data pipelines.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Tools and Practices:
• Git-based workflows; CI/CD with platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Agile/Scrum, user story refinement, and iterative delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Code quality and security scanning tools; adherence to enterprise coding standards and documentation.
