Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master in Jacksonville, FL.

Duties Include:
* Partner with the IT development, QA, and Testing teams to effectively break down and plan work across sprints to achieve technical/new product implementation
* Facilitate and schedule all core Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
* Ensure release readiness and release management activities are conducted to ensure on-time, successful delivery of new features and capabilities
* Support teams in maintaining healthy sprint flow, commitments, and delivery predictability

REQUIREMENTS:
* Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
* Experience 6-8 years of overall IT experience 4+ years as a Scrum Master
* Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks
* Heavily experienced in Jira and/or Azure DevOps
* Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to coach teams and influence without authority

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
