A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an IT Program Manager

Position type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Location:- 3 days onsite role at Charlotte, NC

As an IT Program Manager, you will:

Required Skills:
Daily responsibilities would be managing development tasks, business expectations and driving project deliveries ensuring alignment to long term strategy
This role is a hybrid position responsible for driving both strategic technology initiatives and hands-on project delivery ensuring solutions are aligned, scalable, and well-controlled. Also ensuring the ongoing stability, resilience, and risk management of applications that enable key business partner capabilities.
Ability to manage business requirements and expectations to deliver technology capabilities across multiple strategies and projects.
Ability to lead the development teams in partnership with project management to deliver capabilities on time and within budget
Identifies and manages risk/dependencies and quantifies the impact it has on the business/technology and what controls are to be used to resolve.
Strong knowledge of products and services at functional and data level within their business area. Participates in development or integration of lean / efficiency initiatives into technology.
Ability to perform or support continuous integration and deployment activities within their role. Understanding and appreciation for DevOps culture.
Has contributed to the development of applications based on a design provided by others and python.
Uses a combination of factual and emotional points to exert influence. Receives agreement to ideas by identifying and working collaboratively with specific stakeholders and senior managers.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $62- $64 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
