Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.
Strong understanding of Salesforce standard and custom objects.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Good understanding of Salesforce configuration and automation.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
Strong experience in writing test scenarios and test cases.
Experience with defect management and tracking tools such as Jira.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Good knowledge of Salesforce data model and relationships.
Experience testing Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.
Good understanding of Salesforce security and access controls.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
Experience with REST/SOAP API testing.
Knowledge of Postman or similar API testing tools.
Experience with Salesforce data migration testing.
Knowledge of SOQL for data validation.
Experience with Salesforce deployment and release processes.
Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps processes.
Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
