Background and Drug Screenings Required Our Client: Global specialty ingredients company that develops flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, health and biosciences solutions, and functional ingredients used across food, beverage, personal care, household, and pharmaceutical products. The company partners with manufacturers to create products that enhance taste, scent, nutrition, and performance for consumers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct laboratory experiments on fragrance delivery technologies to support system characterization efforts.
- Conduct bench and pilot scale experiments to support the process development of fragrance delivery technologies.
- Preparation of prototypes for analytical testing, material characterization, stability, and performance evaluation.
- Accurately document experimental procedures, results, and observations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.
- Follow good laboratory practices and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Experience working in lab environments with a strong focus on safety and quality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment under supervision.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
