About the Role:
Team is hiring 2 Senior Incident Response Consultants to manage retainer-based customer incidents.
These are consulting-forward roles you'll lead engagements, own customer relationships, and drive investigations from front to back.
What You'll Do:
Lead incident response engagements as the primary customer-facing contact
Manage client expectations during high-pressure security crises
Communicate findings to both technical teams and executive/board audiences
Facilitate tabletop exercises and develop IR plans and documentation
Must-Have:
4+ years in IT Security; 2+ years in a consulting or customer-facing role
Proven ability to manage clients in crisis situations
Experience with SIEM (Splunk) and EDR (CrowdStrike)
Familiarity with BEC, Active Directory compromise, and vulnerability exploits
Nice to Have:
SANS/GIAC certifications (IR or Pen Testing)
Exposure to SentinelOne, MS Sentinel, or Rapid7
Background in SysAdmin or Network Admin
Education:
Bachelor's in Computer Science or Cybersecurity preferred
