Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced API Automation + SDET Engineer with 5+ years of experience in API testing and automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, Postman, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of applications.

Key Responsibilities

·  Design, develop, and maintain automated API test scripts.

·  Perform API testing using Playwright and Postman.

·  Validate REST APIs, JSON responses, HTTP methods, and API integrations.

·  Develop and maintain automation frameworks using JavaScript or TypeScript.

·  Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines.

·  Identify, report, and troubleshoot defects.

·  Collaborate with developers and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Qualifications

·  5+ years of strong experience in API automation and testing.

·  Hands-on experience with Playwright automation.

·  Strong knowledge of API testing concepts and automation frameworks.

·  Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.

·  Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP methods.

·  Hands-on experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.

·  Understanding of Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

·  Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
