Job Title Modernization Project Manager
Hybrid in Boston, MA- must be local- 3 days onsite per week

REQUIRED SKILLS
Must Haves:
5 8+ years of IT Project Management experience managing large, complex, cross-functional technology implementations
Proven experience leading end-to-end software delivery projects (scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, milestones, KPIs)
Strong experience coordinating across business, technical, and vendor stakeholders in a multi-workstream environment
Demonstrated ability to manage risks/issues, escalate to leadership, and drive resolution across complex programs
Experience with Salesforce implementations OR large enterprise system modernization projects (Salesforce strongly preferred

Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership and vendors to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
Create and maintain key project documentation and plans
Develop and manage schedules, dependencies, and resource needs; Track in project tools
Oversee scope, timeline, budget, and resources; provide regular status updates
Manage risks, issues, and escalations to keep projects on track
Coordinate cross-team communication, meetings, and action items
Communicate requirements and priorities to internal and vendor teams
Lead testing, validation, and acceptance processes
Ensure team access to systems, tools, and documentation
Track budgets and vendor costs; report progress and flag discrepancies

Primary Skills
* Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Project/Planner); Power BI a plus
* Experience managing large IT projects
* Knowledge of change management and end-user training
* Ability to develop and execute project plans aligned to goals
* Understanding of PMI, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL concepts
* Experience managing multiple projects in a matrixed environment
* Ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines independently
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills
* Proven leadership, organization, and customer-focused mindset
* Understanding of SDLC and release management
