Marketing Communications Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal communications to align with the organization''s strategic vision and engage employees in company initiatives.
• Create and publish engaging content, including videos and photography, on company platforms to maintain consistency in communication.
• Collaborate with legal and other departments to address communication-related issues and develop strategies to promote organizational goals.
• Measure and present the results of communication efforts to ensure effectiveness and alignment with company objectives.

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Expertise in developing marketing and pricing strategies, along with proficiency in media production and communication techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in mentoring and providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Knowledge of customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as familiarity with negotiation techniques.
