Summary

HR Business Partner

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid 2 days onsite), local candidates only

Duration: 5 Months +

Responsibilities Include:

  • Serves as a People (HR) operational subject matter expert for the Americas region (US, Canada, Mexico & LATAM).
  • Provide expert consultation and guidance to managers and employees on diverse and complex employee related matters including performance management, restructuring actions, ingress/egress across the employee life cycle, employee relations issues, corrective action, conflict resolution, hybrid-work issues, requests for accommodations, policy interpretation, workplace investigations of misconduct, and policy violations.
  • Oversee resolution of employee related concerns in a manner that mitigates risk and maintains a positive work environment that is fair, safe, engaging and delivers strong business results.
  • Act as a credible, trusted advisor to People Team leaders and business leaders in the Americas region (US, Canada, Mexico & LATAM) by leveraging his/her experience, expertise, organizational awareness, business acumen, pragmatic mindset, and ability to effectively partner and influence others.
  • Lead and shape HR process efficiencies, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization, prioritizing compliance and effectively collaborating with stakeholders and/or COE's.

  • An ability to diagnose and resolve process bottlenecks, and follow-through with sound recommendations for improvement and implementation.

  • Ability to build and leverage trusting relationships, both internally and externally, to achieve objectives, working effectively across multi-functional business partners and engaging with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to adapt communication style to relevant audience across all levels of the organization.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • SPHR-CP/PHR certification.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience supporting a technology, highly transformative environment, keen understanding of tech employees and the talent demands/challenges is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR operational excellence role, working in a HR COE, and/or a HRBP (generalist/business partner) role in a fast-paced and matrixed environment (or any combination of the above).
  • Ability to lead projects, manage multiple conflicting priorities, and act with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Diligence and accuracy in compliance, data management, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information
