Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Product Operations to lead and optimize the operating framework for a growing multi-platform SaaS organization. This executive-facing role will play a critical part in aligning Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams while ensuring product investments translate into measurable business results.

The ideal candidate is an operational leader who excels at building scalable processes, driving cross-functional execution, improving organizational effectiveness, and creating visibility into product performance through data-driven insights. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning strategy into execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee release planning, launch coordination, and execution across multiple software products and platforms.

  • Develop and implement scalable product operations processes, governance models, launch readiness requirements, and post-launch review programs.

  • Establish operating rhythms, stakeholder communications, decision-making frameworks, and escalation procedures that improve organizational efficiency.

  • Drive adoption of AI-powered workflows, automation, and operational tools that help teams make faster and more informed decisions.

  • Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that connect product initiatives to key business outcomes.

  • Evaluate product performance by tracking adoption, customer value, retention, revenue impact, and other success metrics.

  • Partner with Product and Finance leaders to support investment planning, prioritization, forecasting, and growth strategies.

  • Ensure internal teams are informed and prepared for upcoming product launches, enhancements, and roadmap initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to improve launch readiness and execution.

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements across cross-functional teams.

  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership through data analysis and business reporting.

  • Foster a culture focused on accountability, measurable outcomes, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a related field within a software company.

  • Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market organizations.

  • Strong experience building operational processes, governance frameworks, and scalable business systems.

  • Demonstrated success developing KPI frameworks and measuring product impact against business objectives.

  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights and executive-level recommendations.

  • Experience with Excel, SQL, business intelligence tools, and operational reporting platforms.

  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project and workflow management systems.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong ability to influence and align teams without direct management authority.

  • Background in B2B SaaS environments, preferably supporting multiple platforms or product lines.

  • Experience working with AI-enabled tools, automation initiatives, or organizations undergoing digital transformation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related discipline.

  • Experience within EdTech, vertical SaaS, or highly regulated software environments is a plus.

  • Highly organized, customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment.
