Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of highly scalable, reliable, and robust software solutions.
- Utilize your expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, API, retail, Full Stack, and API Development to drive the technical vision and strategy of the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.
- Work closely with product owners to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends that could impact our systems or processes.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software solutions.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, API, retail, Full Stack, and API Development.
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust and scalable systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of engineers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of retail industry is a plus.
- Experience with microservices architecture is a plus.
- AWS certification is a plus.
