Senior Salesforce Agentforce Consultant
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Agentforce Consultant to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered customer experiences leveraging Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce Platform technologies, and enterprise integrations.
This role combines hands-on Salesforce development with solution consulting and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing Agentforce solutions, building scalable Salesforce applications, integrating external systems, and supporting AI-enabled business processes.
The consultant will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce and Agentforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Agentforce & AI Solutions
- Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions
- Develop AI-powered conversational experiences and business workflows
- Build and optimize prompts using Prompt Builder
- Configure Agent Actions and AI-driven automations
- Monitor and improve agent performance after deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Agentforce solutions
Salesforce Development
- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex
- Design and implement Flow automations
- Write and optimize SOQL queries
- Implement Salesforce security best practices
- Support Lightning Experience and platform customization
- Develop scalable and reusable Salesforce components
Integration Development
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Utilize APIs, Named Credentials, and external services
- Collaborate with integration teams to ensure reliable data exchange
- Support MuleSoft and other middleware integrations where applicable
Consulting & Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Document system design and implementation approaches
- Present technical recommendations to stakeholders
- Support testing, deployment, and adoption activities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce Platform experience
- Hands-on Apex development experience
- Experience with Salesforce Flows
- Strong SOQL knowledge
- Salesforce integration experience
- Experience with Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, or Salesforce AI tools
- Understanding of Salesforce security architecture
- Experience using Git and source control processes
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
- MuleSoft integration experience
- Experience with Prompt Builder
- CI/CD and DevOps experience
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns
