Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience with HEDIS, Health Quality, PHM, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts
Solid understanding of database administration, security, and authentication
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 6+ years in programming or data analysis

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with healthcare claims, medical records, and EHR data
Exposure to system configuration, OS installation, and application setup
