Must-Have Skills:

Proven experience designing high-level and component-level application architectures, translating business requirements into scalable, reusable solutions.
Strong background in application analysis, design reviews, technical documentation, and supporting development, testing, integration, and deployment.
Ability to collaborate closely with development teams, architects, and stakeholders, providing technical leadership and guidance to less experienced staff.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience providing technical consulting on complex projects and participating in cost/feasibility analysis.
Familiarity with industry standards, development methodologies, and tooling evaluation to ensure compliant and efficient designs.
