Must-Have Skills:

1-2 years of project management experience, preferably in IT operations or network infrastructure.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead teams without direct authority.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or MIS.

Nice to Have Skills:

Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, wireless) and experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, or similar technologies.
PMP certification or graduation from University of Houston, Rice, or similar institutions.
