Job Description:

UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, developers, and end users to transform business requirements into seamless user experiences.

Required Skills:

• Gather and analyze user requirements, business goals, and customer feedback.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and design specifications using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure design consistency through design systems and reusable UI components.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
• Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies.
