Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Policy enter Tech Lead to join our team in a hybrid onsite role. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert, lead development efforts, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic technical decisions across the software development lifecycle.
• This role requires strong hands-on experience with the Guidewire Policy enter platform and leadership experience in guiding development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert in Guidewire Policy enter development and configuration
• Lead end-to-end software development or specific phases of the product lifecycle
• Make key technical decisions and guide the team on best practices
• Design and implement innovative software solutions aligned with business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage technical discussions effectively
• Translate business and project requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Facilitate technical and team meetings to ensure alignment and delivery
• Mentor and support team members to promote continuous improvement
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system performance and user experience

Required Skills & Experience:

• Guidewire Policy enter Expert (P4 level)
• Guidewire Integration Advanced
• Guidewire Advanced Product Designer Required/Highly Preferred
• Overall 8+ years of experience, including 2 3 years in a Tech Lead role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (required)
