IT Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst.

Responsibilities:
* Drive end-to-end project execution, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhanced reporting capabilities
* Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries, data models, and analytical solutions across large-scale datasets and multiple systems
* Design and implement Python-based tools, scripts, and applications to support business operations and decision-making
* Analyze business processes and translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Support data integration efforts and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across enterprise platforms
* Participate in software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including version control, testing, deployment, and production support
* Communicate technical concepts and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Provide ongoing support for Supply Chain, Procurement, Source-to-Pay, Demand Planning, and related business initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* Self-motivated professional capable of independently driving projects from concept to production with minimal supervision
* Strong Python and SQL skills required, including experience with complex queries, multi-table joins, and large-scale datasets across multiple systems
* Experience with software development best practices, source control, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, testing, and managing development and production environments preferred. Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics architectures is a plus
* Experience supporting Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay, Procurement, Demand Planning, or related business functions preferred
* Familiarity with machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and AI-assisted software development
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
