Business Systems Analyst (ISO)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (ISO) in Juno Beach, FL.

Summary:
We are seeking someone to support and maintain our mission-critical Hydra/VB applications, working closely with our energy trading group, gathering requirements, and troubleshooting application issues. Our front office applications support business-critical operations with stringent trading windows every day, and this role would directly interact with and support applications/tools for trading systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, situational awareness, and the ability to see things through became the success factors for this role.

Responsibilities:
* Gather, analyze, and review ISO market requirements for enhancements and system updates
* Develop, maintain and optimize VB automations and excel integration with internal apps
* Responsible for assessing and understanding ISO-market technical requirements and developing corresponding VB automations with XSD changes, market rules changes, etc.
* Communicate application releases and updates with business stakeholders and manage support
* Work with offshore teams and provide clear requirements and technical documentation
* Functional testing of the VB and Macro workbooks, end-to-end testing excel add-ins with other IT groups and support teams
* Support day-to-day trade floor operations, troubleshoot issues and errors, and reach out to the responsible teams, internal or external, for resolution
* Document releases and updates, maintaining artifacts for IT-business integrations
* Responsible for front-end support of critical Excel-based IT applications

REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
* Strong experience with Excel-VBA APIs, Index matching, VBA automation, and Excel Macros
* Process map creation working with OneNote, SharePoint and Microsoft office suite
* Power-BI reporting with trend analysis and customizing dashboards
* Agile/Scrum story writing and backlog maintenance
* Experience in application support and application and strategic thinking to visualize and troubleshoot
* Any energy domain experience working with ISO/RTO market interfaces is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
