RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Senior LOS Configuration Business Analyst in Horsham, PA.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for system enhancements and integrations
* Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to design, implement, and support enterprise application solutions
* Document workflows, data mappings, system interfaces, and business processes to support application development and optimization
* Configure and maintain application settings, user access, workflows, and business rules
* Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support resolution efforts across multiple systems
* Develop and execute test plans, validate system changes, and ensure solution quality prior to deployment
* Participate in Agile project activities, including requirements gathering, planning, testing, and delivery
* Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions that enhance efficiency and business performance
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in systems analysis, business analysis, application support, or related technical roles
* Knowledge of application integrations, data mapping, system workflows, and business process improvement
* Experience documenting requirements, process flows, and technical specifications
* Familiarity with SQL, databases, and troubleshooting enterprise applications
* Understanding of software testing, defect tracking, and change management processes
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience in financial services, lending, mortgage operations, or similar regulated industries is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
