Entry-Level Wire Technician - Manufacturing & Assembly Location: St. Louis
Pay: Up to $22.59/hour

We are hiring Entry-Level Wire Technicians to support the assembly and wiring of industrial control systems in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow a career in electrical assembly, automation, or industrial manufacturing.
In this hands-on role, you will assist with wiring control panels, installing electrical components, reading basic schematics, and supporting production builds for large industrial systems. Training is provided for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic electrical wiring and panel assembly
- Cut, strip, and terminate wires
- Install conduit, tubing, and electrical components
- Read and follow wiring diagrams and layout drawings
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Support manufacturing and assembly operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Basic electrical knowledge or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read simple wiring schematics and electrical symbols
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 49 lbs
- Trade school, technical training, or light industrial experience is a plus
