Your role As an Inventory and Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all shipments and ensuring inventory control. You will play a key role in enhancing our operational capabilities and driving business success. You will report to the Inventory Manager and be located in the Deer Park, Texas office.
You will
- Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.
- Handle all aspects of crating for pumps and equipment to ensure damage free shipping.
- Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
- Packages and labels shipments according to guidelines and specifications.
- Maintains accurate records and assists in inventory control.
- Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
- Provides quality paint jobs for pumps and equipment including the necessary paint preparation steps.

- High school diploma (minimum)
- Experience in logistics
- Experience with UPS / FEDEX, online freight software, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP system (SAP)
