Summary

Description: We are looking for a Subscription Management Contractor to serve as a subject-matter expert and hands-on contributor within the Quote to Cash domain. This role focuses on the subscription operations backbone: the systems, processes, and integrations that power how Indeed creates and governs product offers, activates subscriptions, bills customers, manages entitlements, handles renewals and cancellations, and ensures accurate revenue reporting.

You will work at the intersection of Product, Finance, Financial Systems, and Revenue Operations to ensure that Indeed's subscription infrastructure supports scale, accuracy, and a seamless customer experience.

MustHave Skill Profile (Condensed & Interpreted)

Core Experience

  • 5+ years in Subscription Management, OrdertoCash, or Revenue Operations
  • Background in SaaS / tech / marketplace (nonnegotiable)

Functional Depth (This Is Where Weak Candidates Fail)

  • Endtoend subscription lifecycle mastery:
    • Offer & plan configuration
    • Activation & entitlement management
    • Billing & collections
    • Renewals, upgrades/downgrades, cancellations

Platforms (HandsOn Required)

  • One or more of:
    • Zuora (strongly preferred)
    • Recurly
    • Chargebee
    • Stripe Billing
    • Salesforce CPQ (subscription motion)

Billing & Revenue

  • Billing models:

    • Subscription events revenue schedules
    • Contract vs operational reality alignment

PM Execution

  • Translate complex ops into:
    • Requirements
    • Process flows

    • Troubleshooting
    • Reporting
