Role Summary

An SAP HCM Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Human Capital Management modules to manage HR processes such as payroll, personnel administration, time management, and organizational management.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and support SAP HCM modules such as:

Personnel Administration (PA)
Organizational Management (OM)
Time Management (TM)
Payroll (PY)

Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
Configure SAP HCM system based on client needs
Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Provide end-user training and support
Handle incident management and troubleshoot system issues
Work on data migration, master data uploads, and reporting
Collaborate with functional and technical teams (ABAP, Basis, etc.)
Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll)
Experience in SAP configuration and customization
Understanding of HR business processes
Knowledge of payroll schemas and rules (for Payroll roles)
Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP (debugging is a plus)
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (optional but preferred)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field
SAP HCM certification (preferred)
