Join our advanced Technology Services division to help shape the next generation of software delivery. We are looking for a Manager-level Application and Agentic Engineer to architect, build, and operate mission-critical application platforms while driving AI-assisted engineering across our entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). Operating with an SRE and reliability mindset, you will directly influence how our global teams build and deploy software at scale.

responsibilities:
- Architect, scale, and maintain mission-critical core application platforms.
- Lead and implement initiatives to integrate Agentic AI workflows across the software engineering lifecycle.
- Build and optimize automated, highly secure CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native infrastructure.
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and stability using progressive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent foundational background in Computer Science or Engineering.
6+ years of professional experience developing enterprise solutions with Java.
4+ years of hands-on experience managing CI/CD automation and production deployments.
1+ years of direct exposure or implementation experience with Agentic workflows or AI-driven SDLC tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and container environments (Docker).
Deep understanding of enterprise-level platform engineering support (P3 - Advanced level or equivalent).
Prior technical leadership or architecture-focused background with an automation-first philosophy.
