Onsite Site Director opportunity in Pasco County
Knowledge/Experience in Plastics Manufacturing and/or Injection Molding a plus

Our manufacturing client is hiring an experienced
Site Director to lead operations at its manufacturing facility in Pasco County, Florida. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the site''s production, warehousing, logistics, scheduling, quality, safety, and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the overall operations of the facility to meet production goals, cost targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Build and sustain a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Drive Lean/Kaizen manufacturing and process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, capital projects, and long-term business goals.
- Ensure site compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, engaged workforce.
Qualifications:- 9+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a plant/site management capacity.
- Experience in plastics manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams in a high-volume production environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field
