Description Of Services:
Key Responsibilities

• System Ownership: Owns the strategy, lifecycle, and security of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and M365 collaboration tools.
• Project Governance: Develops site structures, content management strategies, and security protocols to meet enterprise standards.
• Technical Implementation: Configures custom lists, document libraries, Power Automate workflows, and Power Platform integration.
• Stakeholder Management: Translates business needs into technical requirements, presents status updates to stakeholders, and drives user adoption.
• Support & Training: Creates documentation, training materials, and provides guidance to end-users to enhance adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SharePoint architecture, Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Project Management: Proven experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, and project documentation.
• Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and security teams.
• Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Microsoft Certifications are highly valued.

Deliverables:
-Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
