🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and clerical support to management and teams
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain confidential records and ensure data security compliance
Handle phone calls, emails, and office communications
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Assist with office operations and vendor coordination

🔹 Required Skills:

Active Secret / Top Secret Security Clearance (mandatory)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of administrative support experience
Experience working in government or defense environments is a plus
