Summary

This role is a senior technical leadership role reporting to Wealth Management Platform Leader, will support end-to-end execution of our highest-priority technology initiative, managing platform enhancements across managed accounts, brokerage, trust services, and critical vendor integrations while eliminating operational bottlenecks that constrain advisor productivity. It will accelerate transformation and platform delivery, drive advisor adoption, and modernize middle/back-office operations that directly impact revenue growth and competitive positioning. This role interacts with senior leadership and others concerning matters of significance to the organization and makes decisions that have a considerable impact on the overall success or failure of their area of accountability.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team blending internal staff and managed services partners to support wealth business enhance product offering for retail clients.
  • Support a multi-year, front-to-back brokerage platform transformation, overseeing delivery while managing dependencies with core brokerage platforms and vendors.
  • Provide leadership for Wealth product rollouts working closely with business partners and support transformation program while ensuring teams have the support to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Identify execution risks, delivery bottlenecks, and integration gaps across programs, and intervene directly with delivery teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
  • Drive adoption and operationalization of Wealth platform, processes, and capabilities by ensuring change readiness, transition planning, and stabilization support post-implementation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (across TIAA and Vendors) to drive delivery alignment and ensure internal and external partners remain synchronized on priorities, timelines, and transformation outcomes.
  • Defines system scope through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
  • Prepares flow charts, models, and procedures and conducts feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
  • Prepares technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.
  • Collaborates with system analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems and to determine project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, systems performance standards, and interfaces.
  • Analyzes and proposes revisions to existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
  • Assists in the development of training sessions and demos for end users.

Educational Requirements
  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience
  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Career Level 9IC

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of technical product owner / lead business analyst experience
  • 5 + years of Wealth Management Domain and technology experience
  • Product leadership experience delivering new products and enhancement to brokerage platforms
  • Experience using AI in Wealth P latforms


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Wealth Management platforms for large US or Global Banks

Base Pay Range: $136,000/yr - $180,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
