We are seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer with deep expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration, Integrations, and Guidewire Cloud to support enterprise-scale claims modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, develop, test, and implement Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions.
• Configure claims functionality including FNOL, exposures, assignments, reserves, payments, recoveries, subrogation, litigation, and claim closure.
• Develop business rules, workflows, validation rules, assignment rules, and UI configurations using Guidewire Studio.
• Customize applications using Gosu, PCF, entities, typelists, plugins, and data model extensions.
• Design and develop integrations between ClaimCenter and enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, messaging, plugins, and batch processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications, integration mappings, process flows, and solution documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance best practices.
• Support unit, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve configuration and integration challenges.
• Participate in ClaimCenter upgrades, Guidewire Cloud migrations, platform modernization, and release activities.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to reusable components and development standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter development.
• Strong expertise in Guidewire Studio, Gosu, PCF, entities, typelists, business rules, workflows, plugins, and data model extensions.
• Experience implementing ClaimCenter integrations using REST, SOAP, messaging frameworks, plugins, and batch processing.
• Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, SQL, object-oriented programming, and web services.
• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance claims lifecycle.
• Experience working with claims processes including FNOL, coverage verification, reserves, recoveries, subrogation, litigation, and claim closure.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and production support.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Guidewire ClaimCenter Certification.
• Guidewire Cloud Certification or hands-on Guidewire Cloud implementation experience.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud migrations and platform upgrades.
• Experience with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ContactManager, and DataHub.
• Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud Platform and Integration Gateway.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, TeamCity, Maven, Gradle, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
