Position: Project Manager

Location: 3 days hybrid onsite in Lake Forest

Job Description:

This role will primarily focus on initiatives within our Enrollment and Benefits Administration ecosystem, so we are looking for someone with experience managing projects across enrollment platforms, integrations, and vendor coordination.

Key experience and background we are looking for include:

Benefits Administration / Enrollment Platforms & Integrations (e.g., Simplink, Selerix, ADP, Workday, or similar platforms)
EOI (Evidence of Insurability) and Underwriting automation initiatives
Integration architecture and API-driven ecosystems, particularly across enrollment, benefit changes, and EOI workflows (experience with LIMRA LDEx is a plus)
EDI feeds related to enrollment and eligibility
Familiarity with plan and enrollment configuration, such as setup in systems like Client Central that are consumed by enrollment platforms (e.g., Simplink)
Enrollment and operational KPI reporting / data insights
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience managing multiple third-party vendors and integration partners simultaneously
Ability to work across business, product, and technology teams to coordinate delivery in complex ecosystems

Ideally, this individual will have experience operating in environments with multiple interconnected platforms and vendors and be comfortable coordinating both technical and business stakeholders.
