As a senior-level, development and implementation-focused Analytics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and optimization of digital analytics solutions. This role focuses on enhancing digital customer experiences by integrating and managing an analytics framework across various digital platforms. You will collaborate with digital product managers, technology teams, and analytics groups to ensure the delivery of precise and actionable data insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure analytics solutions using JavaScript to capture detailed and actionable data across digital platforms.
- Maintain a standardized approach to data tagging and tracking to support robust and consistent analytics reporting.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of analytics implementations in both staging and production environments to ensure accurate data collection.
- Collaborate with IT, data governance, and risk management teams to ensure that analytics practices comply with all regulatory and quality standards.
- Actively participate in agile team settings to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues related to data tagging or analytics tracking.
- Define and document technical requirements for the integration of new analytics technologies and data assets.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- 7+ years of experience in roles focused on web analytics and digital tagging implementations.
- Hands-on experience with implementing tracking solutions within the Adobe Analytics framework.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Target and Audience Manager.
- Experience with Web/Mobile SDKs for digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of WebSDK and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its integration with digital analytics and data management workflows.
- Experience with Tag Management Systems (e.g., Tealium, Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager).
- Understanding of mobile analytics development (iOS or Android) best practices.
Technical Skills:- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with experience with frameworks and libraries such as React and Angular.
- In-depth understanding of Adobe Analytics, including hands-on experience with implementing tracking solutions.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Target, and Audience Manager
