Workday Integration Architect (Federal Experience Required)

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Architect with mandatory federal government project experience to support and lead integrations between Workday HCM and PeopleSoft FSCM.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and lead Workday HCM integrations in a federal environment
Build and support Workday ↔ PeopleSoft FSCM integrations
Lead integration strategy, design reviews, and technical troubleshooting
Work with functional, technical, and federal stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions
Ensure integrations align with federal security, audit, and data standards

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Workday Integration Architect
Strong hands‑on experience with Workday HCM integrations
Demonstrated experience integrating Workday HCM with PeopleSoft FSCM
Federal government project experience – required
Experience with Workday integration tools:
- EIB
- Workday Studio
- Core Connectors
- APIs / Web Services
Strong understanding of data flows, security, and error handling

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in large, complex federal implementations
Knowledge of federal compliance and integration standards
