Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical Portfolio Manager with strong ServiceNow
platform experience to manage multiple IT initiatives and drive strategic
delivery across the organization. This role requires a blend of technical
understanding, portfolio management, and stakeholder leadership.
Must-Have Skills
. 10+ years in IT with strong portfolio/program management experience
. Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB)
. Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, and data
governance
. Experience managing multiple projects/programs at portfolio level
. Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business value
. Strong understanding of IT operations (incident, change, problem
management)
. Experience with Agile / Scrum / SDLC methodologies
. Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
. Ability to work as a client-side owner driving business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
. Manage and prioritize ServiceNow and IT initiatives at portfolio
level
. Drive platform strategy, governance, and roadmap planning
. Ensure CMDB accuracy and data governance practices
. Coordinate across technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership
. Track risks, dependencies, and portfolio performance
. Align IT initiatives with business goals and strategic priorities
. ServiceNow certifications
. Experience with ITOM, Discovery, or integrations
. PMP or equivalent certification
