Hands-on ECC to S/4HANA migration experience, preferably on a brownfield conversion program.
Deep SAP FI/CO expertise, especially Costing, Material Ledger, Asset Accounting, and month-end close processes.
Ability to lead and validate cross-functional integrations and testing.
Strong ownership and stakeholder leadership.
YOUR CREDENTIALS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of SAP experience
• SAP certifications preferred
• Extensive SAP (module-specific) knowledge
• Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations preferred[CB1.1][br1.2][CB1.3]
• Knowledge of IT processes, IT functions (development, infrastructure, security, governance), and technology (cloud, big data, architecture, APIs)
• Knowledge of Agile, Project Management, and Innovation processes
• Ability to work with teams in Application Managed Services (AMS) environment driving engagement with an ownership mindset
• Ability to document SAP processes
• Experience leading projects
• Understanding of business processes and best practices to provide effective solutions
YOUR SPECIFIC CREDENTIALS:
Finance and Costs:
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC or S4/Hana) and solid functional experience with the SAP Modules FI and CO (Finance, Accounting, and Tax).
• Strong SAP FI/CO experience, especially CO, Material Ledger, and month-end closing.
• Functional knowledge of SAP bank integrations, payment file processing, and EDI, with the ability to analyze issues and coordinate solutions with technical specialists supporting integration platforms.
• Knowledge of integration with PP, MM, and SD.
• Experience with SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Strong communication, ownership, and the ability to lead initiatives with business teams, IT, and partners.
• VIM and Vertex knowledge as additional advantages.
• It is based in Tampa, Florida, with a hybrid schedule of four days on site and one day remote per week. Mondays are mandatory on-site days.
