Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Business Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in project management and will play a critical role in coordinating and managing various decommissioning projects. This position involves working closely with executive leadership and engineering teams to ensure the successful migration of traffic and removal of equipment/services from central office locations. The role requires excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage multiple projects and provide real-time updates to leadership.
Responsibilities: - Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings, and assist with technical problem troubleshooting.
- Provide oversight for decommissioning projects, including traffic migration and equipment/service removal from central office locations.
- Partner with executive leadership and project teams to prepare, test, and maintain a broad range of network technologies.
- Manage projects for Layer 1 and Optimization teams under Core Network Provisioning and Optimization.
- Support the Santa Clara decommissioning program and other major decommissioning initiatives.
- Coordinate and schedule team efforts, ensuring leadership is informed of bottlenecks, delays, and other issues.
- Provide real-time and weekly/monthly status updates to leadership and ensure project adjustments are made as needed.
- Work under supervision to coordinate specific components and project work activities.
- Compile data to complete various reporting deliverables using internal tools.
- Document and track results of discussions, project planning sessions, risk mitigation plans, and modifications to project plans.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in project management, including data and KPI analysis.
- Excellent presentation skills with proficiency in Google Suites and Microsoft Suites.
- Superior handling of Google Slides and strong presentation capabilities.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment with rapidly changing directives.
- Independent thinker with the ability to work with minimal guidance.
- Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required.

Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr on w2
