Job Overview: The Project Business Coordinator - V will play a critical role in resource deployment and management, ensuring the timely delivery of projects and effective communication with project managers regarding resourcing issues. This position requires a highly analytical individual with strong technical writing, business analytics, and human capital management skills. The role is home-based and does not involve driving or government/public works contract support.
Responsibilities: - Manage resource deployment and project staffing with suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing resourcing effectively.
- Communicate resourcing issues to project managers that may impact deadlines.
- Perform business analytics using tools like Tableau, Smart Sheet, and automation tasks.
- Analyze large datasets to support decision-making processes.
- Provide technical writing and editing support for documentation.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications: - 6-10 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Understanding of professional services experience in consulting.
- Experience in technical writing and resource management.
- Certified Resource Management Professional (RMCP).
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Highly analytical with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Tableau and Smart Sheet.

Pay Range: $40hr - $42hr on w2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
