ERP Functional Analyst (Senior)

ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior ERP Functional Analyst leads business process discovery and requirements definition across all functional areas. This is the highest-hour role on the engagement and is responsible for translating stakeholder input into actionable functional requirements for the future ERP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct a comprehensive review of CentralSquare Naviline modules and associated business processes
• Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, Utility Billing, Asset Management, CRM, CMMS, and Service Desk
• Document current-state workflows and identify gaps, redundancies, and automation opportunities
• Define high-level functional and technical requirements for a future ERP solution
• Assess organizational readiness and identify areas requiring change management support
• Prepare the Current State Assessment and Future State Design Report
• Translate Phase 1 findings into detailed functional requirements for the ERP RFP document in Phase 2
• Support proposal evaluations and vendor demonstrations in Phase 3 as a functional subject matter expert

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of functional experience with ERP systems (Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, Utility Billing)
• Direct experience facilitating requirements workshops and business process analysis in public-sector settings
• Ability to produce clear, structured documentation: process maps, gap analyses, and requirements matrices
• Experience with integration assessment between ERP and adjacent systems (CMMS, CRM, Service Desk)
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and analytics capabilities in modern ERP environments
