Facilitate technical discussions and drive solutions forward to meet business needs while ensuring alignment with our strategic technology vision.

Provide hands-on technical mentoring to team members, driving the adoption of AI and cloud best practices.

Interact and align with business, technology, and operations support partners.

Identify technical gaps or risks early in the development cycle and establish proactive mitigation plans.

Continually strive for improvements in development processes, application time-to-market, and software quality.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

6+ years of software development experience building and operating multiple instances of mission-critical, large-scale enterprise platforms.

4 years of experience in the financial services industry (preferably at a brokerage firm), with functional knowledge of Margins, Options Expiration, Futures, Violations, and Pledged Asset Loans.

5 years of experience managing complex projects with multiple dependencies using Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or Scaled Agile) methodologies across planning, implementation, release, and support phases.

Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of experience in distributed systems and cloud platforms, with strong proficiency in C# and .NET across Linux and Windows data center environments.

Extensive experience working with modern cloud infrastructure, specifically Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).

Hands-on expertise with Agentic AI tools, frameworks, and operating within an AI-Led Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC).

Deep knowledge of database architectures, including Aerospike NoSQL, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.

Experience with enterprise messaging systems (IBM MQ and Kafka) and application integration with BPM platforms (such as Appian).

Demonstrated history of using telemetry, logging, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence.

Proven ability as a technical mentor and expert, with strong problem-solving skills to assess stakeholder needs and navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
