What you'll do
  • Drive Manufacturing and Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce scrap and cycle times, enhance process capability, minimize product variability, and quickly resolve shop floor issues.
  • Support New Product Introduction and Change Management: Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to scale up new products and processes, conduct Gate Assessments, and manage product and process changes while ensuring customer and internal requirements are met.
  • Lead Technical Problem Solving and Risk Mitigation: Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, PFMEA development, risk assessments, and process control improvements to support product quality, process safety, customer satisfaction, and operational reliability.
  • Manage Manufacturing Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain BOMs, routings, SOPs, manufacturing instructions, packaging instructions, and other documentation required to support compliant and efficient production operations.
  • Execute Capital Projects and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Identify capital investment opportunities, coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and vendors, and provide technical expertise to improve process capability, quality, productivity, safety, and environmental performance.
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering preferred.
  • 2-5 years of process engineering experience within a chemical, batchmanufacturing, or industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on processoptimization, yield improvement, scrap reduction, and cycle time reduction.
  • Working knowledge of root cause analysis, process controls, PFMEA/riskassessment methodologies, and manufacturing quality systems.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, along with the developmentand maintenance of manufacturing documentation such as SOPs, BOMs, routings,and work instructions.

The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 and $82,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
