V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a CMS Specialist (Optimizely) for our premier client in Toronto, Ontario.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications »
- Optimizely certifications (CMS, Commerce, or DXP).
Education and Experience »
- 10 years of experience in CMS implementation, with 5+ years in Optimizely Configured Commerce.
- Strong understanding of Optimizely CMS architecture, content modelling, and personalization features.
- Experience with Optimizely Commerce Cloud, including Catalog management and digital merchandising.
- Familiarity with .NET, REST APIs, and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable CMS solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with multi-site Implementations.
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments and DevOps practice
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and optimize Optimizely CMS within the Configured Commerce framework.
- Design and implement reusable content models, templates, and workflows aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Dev, Marketing, Product) to deliver dynamic, personalized content experiences.
- Support integrations with PIM, DAM, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Ensure content governance, SEO optimization, and accessibility compliance across digital properties.
- Troubleshoot CMS-related issues and provide training/documentation for content authors.
- Stay current with Optimizely roadmap, releases, and best practices.
