Job Description
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. Familiar with industry standard business process mapping, and reengineering. Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
Communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams on a technology migration project to define the scope, map data, translate business rules to technical specs, manage stakeholder expectations, and validate that data and functionality are correctly transferred/migrated, ensuring minimal business disruption and maximum data integrity. Key responsibilities include the following: Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Identify, define, and document business and technical requirements for moving from legacy systems to new solutions. Data Mapping & Transformation: Analyze data sources, identify data fields to be migrated, and map data from source to target systems. Process Modeling: Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes. Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between legacy functionality/data and the new system, proposing solutions for data cleansing or process adjustments. Validation & Testing: Define test cases, validate data consistency, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify successful migration. Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops, communicate progress, and manage risks with business users and technical teams. Documentation & Training: Create user manuals, functional specs, and support training materials for the new system. II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Services are expected to start 04/20/2026 and are expected to complete by 08/31/2026. Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 1250 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.
