Job Title: D365 CE & Power Platform Architect

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced D365 CE & Power Platform Architect with a minimum of 15 years of IT experience, specializing in designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, design dynamic and scalable platforms, and effectively communicate with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Define solution architecture, design patterns, and best practices for enterprise applications
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems aligned with business goals
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Drive end-to-end solution design, including integrations with external systems and Azure services
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into technical solutions
- Review and approve technical designs, code, and architecture decisions
- Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to Microsoft best practices
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, presenting solutions and strategies
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of overall IT experience, with strong expertise in CRM and enterprise application architecture
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
- Deep expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
- Proven experience in designing dynamic, scalable enterprise platforms
- Strong background in solution architecture and system integrations
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and plugin/workflow development
- Experience with Azure services, APIs, and integration patterns
- Strong understanding of security models, data architecture, and governance
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to interact with and present to senior leadership and executives
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Solution Architect)
- Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments
- Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
