Location: Memphis, TN - On-Site 100%

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional OMS Manager to lead the design, integration, and optimization of our Order Management ecosystem, including Kibo OMS, Orderful, and Kibo Drop Ship capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and enhance end-to-end OMS workflows and integrations
Drive Kibo OMS & Orderful integrations with Drop Ship enablement
Perform gap analysis and recommend scalable OMS solutions
Lead Agile/Scrum delivery across cross-functional teams
Collaborate with business, IT, engineering, QA, and external partners

Required Skills:

10+ years of OMS experience (preferably Kibo OMS / Retail Commerce)
Strong expertise in OMS integrations, APIs, and Drop Ship processes
Experience with Agile/Scrum and enterprise delivery execution
Strong techno-functional, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

Kibo Drop Ship implementation experience
Retail / Omnichannel commerce exposure
Azure/AWS and integration platform familiarity
Experience working with global distributed teams is a plus.
